Brandi Baldauf

Chief Of Staff

Job title & educational background:
Chief Of Staff

Location: All Locations

Professional Experience:
Though I’m new to the field of ABA therapy, I just celebrated my one-year anniversary with a.c.e. Therapies. I bring over 20 years of experience managing operations, logistics, and people in the heavy equipment auction industry. As an equipment manager, I thrived in a fast-paced environment where precision, communication, and client service were key. While this industry is newer to me, the core values of organization, accountability, and supporting a team are the same.

What drives you to come to work everyday?
What drew me to this field is the opportunity to be a part of something deeply meaningful—supporting learners and families as they reach important milestones. Watching the dedication of our staff and the progress our clients make is inspiring. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that the work we do each day contributes to real change and brighter futures. What continues to drive me is the passion our CEO has for making a difference—it’s truly contagious—and the dedication of the staff I get to work with every day is second to none.

What sets our clinic apart?
Families choose a.c.e. therapies because of our unwavering focus on each individual learner and our strong commitment to involving families every step of the way. Our team collaborates across disciplines to ensure care is consistent, personalized, and aligned with each of the learner’s goals. What truly sets us apart is our focus on making meaningful progress that translates beyond the clinic. I was drawn to a.c.e. therapies because of its strong sense of purpose, collaborative team culture, and commitment to doing what’s best for each learner. It’s a mission that I’m proud to be a part of every day.

Fun Fact About You:
I used to clerk live heavy equipment auctions and loved the thrill of sale days!

Professional Experience:
I’m new to the healthcare field and started with a.c.e. in September 2025. Even in this short time, I’ve already learned so much and I’m loving the experience. In my previous role, I gained management experience in a different field doing similar types of work, and I’m excited to bring that background here while continuing to learn and grow in this field.

What drives you to come to work everyday?
I’ve always been drawn to the healthcare field, and working at a.c.e. allows me to combine that passion with the management and administrative experience I’ve gained over the years. It truly feels like the best of both worlds! I can grow in a field I’ve always wanted to be part of while also contributing the skills and background I bring. That combination is what excites me and drives me to come to work each day.
